Message	Put on your DP, drive to a muffler shop. Have them just spot weld in the area of your broken bolt. Hopefully, this will maintain enough seal. Welding can always be ground off. I would consider this only IF your drilling does not work. Drilling would be my first choice as others have advised you on already. Let us know how it turns out.
